Well, actual news today. I started modeling the K-73 Fullburner Pump Action Shotgun (but you can just call it the Fullburner) today. The model is complete and it should be textured by tomorrow. Don’t really feel like working anymore because, well, I’m lazy. It’s a great work ethic, donchya think?
Over the next few weeks I think I’m going to keep modeling the weapons, as well as beginning work on the official NightRise homepage. In the meantime, here is the untextured shotgun:
When it’s textured, I’ll make a whole post about it. For now, just know that when I originally conceived it, I knew I didn’t want it to be one of those useless shotguns you see in a lot of games today. This thing is a beast.
So tonight was my first Boston Post Mortem. If you’ve never gone, I highly recommend it. Got to meet a lot of people and pimp my portfolio. I was going to do another swag review but, alas, I did not win the raffle. Got to talk to some great people though. Check it out and go next time:

Also, they had a sponsor so there was free food. Hooray!
So I’ve got this problem with Flash CS3. I was working on a new website in it when all of a sudden it just stopped exporting. To SWF, HTML, anything. I really have no idea what the problem is or how to fix it, but it seems like something I should be able to clear up with just a few preference fixes… right? Can anyone help me out?
By the way, it doesn’t give me an error. It just shows the progress bar up to 90% or so and then gives up. And it’s only on this one file. I checked another FLA to make sure Flash still worked, and it does. I really have no clue what’s going on…
