I was aiming for around 50 pages of dialogue for the first chapter of NightRise. Now I have one last scene to write and guess what page I’m on? 93. All I can think is, “Goddamn, I was trying to SHORTEN this thing!” I guess that isn’t happening. I’ve been writing nonstop for these last two days, with my first break being today so I could play pool.

Pool is fun.

But yeah it’ll probably push 100 pages in the end. 98 at least. But now, I must watch Eddie Izzard, and then I will finish up. Peace.
